The Automatic stability control plus Traction (ASC+T)/Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) warning Indicator?

This indicator turns on time to time and slows the car to a complete stop. When I turn off the engine and wait a few minutes and start again, this indicator remains off and I can drive as normal. Does anyone know what the problem might be? This indicator may not turn on for weeks and the car drives normal. Sometimes it almost never turns off , making driving impossible. Many thanks. The Automatic stability control plus Traction (ASC+T)/Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) warning Indicator?
Likely an intermittent failure of a wheel speed sensor, a fault code should remain stored in the controller to aid a technician in diagnosis.
