Dynamic controls can be any components such as menu, button to load dynamically in the program. They are called usually at run-times to load the program faster.
The other way of adding component manually is to drag and drop/draw from Toolbox on your vb program form.What is dynamic menu,dynamic control in vb?

depending upon the object u choose the menu will vary.....
objects may be anything like option button,checkbox etc...
dynamic control :
control which are created during execution of program..
it is created using NEW keyword
