What kind of dynamic control system is on the Pontiac G6 GXP?

The G6 GTP uses Stabilitrak, The trademark name for General Motors 'Electronic Stability Control' This system uses sensors to detect the steering wheel angle you've chosen and the direction you're actually turning. Along with info from wheel speed sensors located at each wheel. This info is than used to either reduce acceleration of the driving wheels to correct the steering angle or reduce braking to the wheels which are spinning or increase braking to the wheels which arent at loss of traction to bring the car back onto course.

Of note is the fact Stabilitrak has been proven in many road tests to slow the circuit times of cars on a track by both amateur and professional drivers. The only place where Stabilitrak shines is in wet conditions where traction is drastically at a loss. What kind of dynamic control system is on the Pontiac G6 GXP?
