On a new vehicle with DCS (Dynamic Stability Control), when would you turn that system off?

I sell Mazda's. We have a walk around competition tomorrow, I need to know everything, and I can't remember exactly what Dynamic Stability Control is for, or why it can be turned off. Anyone know?On a new vehicle with DCS (Dynamic Stability Control), when would you turn that system off?
About the only time it would be reasonable to turn it off is when the vehicle is stuck in mud, deep snow or the like. Dynamic Stability Control is designed to prevent wheel slip but may also prevent you from extracting yourself from a stuck situation.
